Grandios wars gestern im Gebäude9 mit The Asteroids Galaxy Tour – ich mag ja gerne Bands mit vielen Leuten auf der Bühnen und “analogen” Instrumenten wie Saxophon und Trompete. Und auch die Vorband Giana Factory konnte sich sehen hören lassen.

Es gibt ja viele Wege, neue Musik zu entdecken. Miss Li habe ich ganz zufällig über ein Flickr-Foto von Frl. Piberger entdeckt. Welch ein Glück…

Gestern Abend war es dann endlich soweit: Das lang ersehnte Miss Li Konzert im Kölner Luxor. Und was soll ich sagen: einfach fantastisch.

Selten habe ich so ein grandioses Live-Konzert erlebt. Vom “Opener” Micke from Sweden, der mit Katzencontent und Klavier für eine beschwingte Grundstimmung sorgte, über die sympathische und handwerklich perfekte Band bis hin zur bezaubernden und stimmgewaltigen Miss Li, die am Ende sogar auf dem Klavier tanzte.

Die Leipziger, Berliner und Rostocker unter euch könnten übrigens noch Glück haben:

Seems like it’s all coming to Cologne. There are so many fabulous bands lined up this months, that I’m unable to decide. I already have tickets for Miss Li (don’t look – just listen, or you might get dizzy) on November 15th.
